CAIT has planned to launch digital Rath with the aim of motivating business community and other components of non-corporate sector to speed up GST and digital payments.
The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has planned to launch digital chariot with the aim of motivating the business community and other components of the non-corporate sector to adopt GST and digital payments faster. It will be a part of the 60-day ‘Digi Talks’ National Campaign which will continue from 1st May to 30th June, 2017. The campaign was announced by CAIT during the two-day National Conference of Business leaders of the capital, held in the capital on Monday.
More than 150 leading business leaders from 27 states and Union Territories participated in this National Conference. Worldwide payment technology major ‘MasterCard’ and the leading bank ‘HDFC Bank’ and India’s leading accounting software company Tally Solutions Limited will be part of this national campaign ‘DIGI Talk’.
CAIT National President B. C. Bhartia said that this campaign will help the traders to adopt a digital payment system and get help from existing taxation system in accordance with the new item and service tax (GST) system.
