This is due to increase in population, access to telecommunications services, and high GDP growth rate. ”
According to official data, adjusted gross income (revenue from telecom services) of telecom operators was Rs. 1,63,604.7 crore at the end of December 31, 2016.

This survey was done through automated call service from December 23 to February 28, 2017. It was taken directly from consumers.
The automated call service of the Department of Telecommunications or Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) made 16.61 lakh calls to all telecom providers. It has been said in the statement that the opinions given by the consumers shows that the problem of call drop in ‘Indoor’ is high.
